GENERAL INFORMATION
Located at 724 Duval Street, the New Orleans House an all male guesthouse that is part of the Bourbon St. Complex, which includes the Bourbon Street Pub and the Garden Bar. Units on the first level are located around the Garden Bar. Units on the second level are above the Bourbon Street Pub. Facilities include the clothing-optional sundeck, water volleyball pool, 14-man hot tub, and the grand balcony overlooking festive Duval Street.
For those arriving by car, limited parking is available in our on-site lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. All rooms (except as noted on the rate sheet) have A/C, ceiling fan, color cable TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. A continental breakfast is included each morning. Unique features are listed above.

TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS
GUESTS Adult Males 18 years of age or over only.
CANCELLATIONS On holidays, special events, festival periods and high season – cancellation must be made no later than 30 days prior to arrival date for a full refund of deposit.  If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival in these periods the deposit is forfeited.  The remainder of the year (non-holiday) – cancellation no later than 14 days prior to arrival date for a full refund of deposit, otherwise deposit is forfeited.  No cash refunds for early departures.
CHECK-IN Check-in any time – rooms guaranteed ready by 3:00pm.

Checkout by 12 Noon.
HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping service is available from 10am until 2pm. Rooms with “Do Not Disturb”
signs will not receive service (but feel free to see the Front Desk attendant for fresh towels if needed).
PRICES All rates are based on single or double occupancy. A taxable $25.00 charge per person per night is added for parties of more than two. Prices for individual nights may vary during any given stay. Prices are subject to change without notice.
